Sussex Teachers are working with a two-form entry, C of E primary school in Crawley to find a Year 6 teacher from September 2018. This inclusive and caring primary school are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher for a permanent Class teaching position.

You will be joining a school where children are well behaved and excited to learn. Governors and SLT have a shared and clear vision for the school which results in a calm, purposeful learning environment. Pupils are nurtured as individuals, and the schools recent SIAMs report describe their behaviour as positive and respectful. This is a fixed term contract for the summer term, therefore you will be taking on full class teaching responsibility. You must be happy to plan, prepare, assess and take part in wider school activities, and in return you will be “paid to scale” for the duration of this assignment. As the school is located on “The Fringe” of London you will be eligible for the uplifted annual salary of teachers working in the District of Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who would like the security and job satisfaction of long term teaching but isn’t able to commit to a permanent role, though for the right candidate there is the opportunity to be taken on permanently.
