Sussex Teachers are the leading local independent supply teaching agency service in Brighton & Hove and Sussex. Founded in 2007, Sussex Teachers was born out of frustration with the service being provided by large corporate agencies to the schools of Sussex.
We felt strongly that the supply of teaching services available in Sussex could be improved upon; by offering a more personal approach, rather than one bound by targets and year-on-year growth.
Our mission is to offer a reliable and cost-effective supply teaching service for local Sussex schools, teachers and support staff. We are not backed by any shareholders and thus prefer instead to be accountable to local schools, teachers, county councils and the DfE.
Sussex Teachers are experts in finding the right teachers and support staff for the local schools of Sussex.
