About Sussex Teachers: a leading independent education recruitment company that has supported Sussex schools since 2007. Responsibilities:

  • Accept daily teaching assignments in various Sussex schools.
  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support students' academic and personal development.
  • Follow school policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to regular classroom teachers.
  • Collaborate with school staff and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

 

  • Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or recent completion of initial teacher training.
  • Passion for teaching and supporting students' educational journeys.
  • Flexibility to work in different schools and year groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism and reliability.
  • Willingness to adhere to school policies and procedures.
