Responsibilities:
- Accept daily teaching assignments in various Sussex schools.
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students' academic and personal development.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to regular classroom teachers.
- Collaborate with school staff and communicate effectively.
Requirements:
- Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or recent completion of initial teacher training.
- Passion for teaching and supporting students' educational journeys.
- Flexibility to work in different schools and year groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and reliability.
- Willingness to adhere to school policies and procedures.
